 Regularly scheduled activities include separate Sunday School classes for middle school, high school, and college students, a mid-week Bible study called “Break Point,” and a monthly fellowship called “Friday Night Light.” Additionally, the Student Ministry sponsors frequent events, such as summer camp, Disciple Now, retreats, lock-ins, cookouts, and much more.
After Hurricane Katrina caused some staff changes which impacted a few of our normal scheduled activities, one of our young couples in the church, John & Jenny West “Stepped Up” and took charge of the Youth Program.
John & Jenny are doing a great job and continue to serve as our volunteer Youth Directors. However; we still desire to employ a part time Youth Minister. |
